Crystal ASP was established in 1998 to provide integrated solutions to wholesale and retail telecommunication businesses.

Our aim was to provide a set of converged systems that would manage the complete business life cycle of a service provider and/or a reseller.

As time has moved on, so too have our solutions. Today our solutions are fully developed and mature and are deployed in Reseller, ISP, MVNO and Network Provider businesses alike.

Our history proves that we are innovative, slick and work with our customers to provide the best solutions that meet their business requirements. Over the years we have strategically developed our systems to fit the needs of the industry as can be seen by the history of our product’s development.

Ireland, United Kingdom and Romania Presence

We are an independently owned and internationally based business. We have presence in Ireland from where we operate our Managed Services and Billing Bureau. Our Services teams are well experienced in the industry and know our systems intimately. The professional and friendly approach with wealth of industry and systems knowledge allows us to work closely with our customers to provide exactly the kind of service and solutions they require.

Our core development teams are based in Bucharest. Most of our developers have been with us from the start and understand the systems intimately with the knowledge and ability to turn around product developments against aggressive timescales. The system developments delivered are built to last and once tested and implemented we seldom revisit them.
