Campaign Management

Campaign Management deals with the creation of the right mix of products that are saleable, can be provided and billed through our converged systems. This ensures the capture of all the mandatory data required for provisioning and billing your customers accurately leaving no room for referrals queries when the order moves out of the sales environment.

Often in businesses we have seen products are developed without great understanding of the functionality of the billing system, resulting in an offering that can’t be billed. This ends up taking longer for the Product to be launched. We encourage engagement with us from early stages of product development to ensure the end product will be billable. This allows us to scale new development earlier and ensure Products are launched on time.

Products sold through UNO’s Campaign Management have to first conform to the UNO rules and have to be billable by our systems before they can be released in a campaign. This module handles both inbound and outbound targeted sales from a list of prospects built through various channels and fed in to UNO. We are compliant to the Data Protection rules governing opt in/opt out conditions. Inbound sales would be generated through ads placed in TV, Press or the social media prompting a response by phone or a website. Through the website which will interact with UNO prospective customers can order directly by going through the full sales cycle without having to speak to anyone. For inbound call centres UNO will deal with:

  • Fast inbound – where prospects can leave a number and their name clearing the lead to be fed out to the floor.
  • Normal inbound – The call will go through to your sales division and they will follow the ordering process in UNO to complete the sale.

For outbound campaigns, UNO will hold the prospect data list and prospects will be linked to campaigns whilst complying with data protection and call centre legislations. That list of prospects forms the list of “campaign prospects”. KCI modules (Keep Customer Informed) can be used to send out letters, SMS or email to prospective customers. Each communication will contain the activation details as well as the right material to wet their appetite and could generate an inbound call or visit to the website to purchase your products. UNO will record responses against prospects following the outbound campaign and will flag up prospects that haven’t responded or abandoned registration so that they can be called. For outbound calling the prospect will be converted to a lead and from there your sales person can turn it in to a new sale.

Pre-qualification for services being sold can also be carried out such as broadband availability and speed tests or GIS function for WiMax. Credit card and bank accounts can be pre-authorised and validated. The sales process in UNO is well defined and ensures all activity is recorded and correct pricing is carried forward to billing, cutting down on post billing queries.
