Of course the potential for reduction in paper fulfilment makes this a very attractive offer in deed.

We understand our customers operate in tough market conditions. With service providers offering competitive products it is sometimes left to the service to be the real differentiator. We also recognise that the end customer is looking to analyse their bills more so than ever before considering the current economic climate. Our ebilling system strikes the right cord in every aspect of online billing and the results are evident through increased customer satisfaction, reduction in billing queries, reduction in request for copy bills, reduction in paper billing costs and increase in sales.

Ebilling is a complete online billing solution providing your customer and Resellers the insight they need to analyse and scrutinise the contents of their bills.

Features

customers can sign up to their accounts themselves following successful completion of questions linked to their accounts. The process is secure and ensures only your customer gains access. Alternatively you can sign them up on the phone or send them their login details securely.
  • Comprehensive online guide

This functionality rich system has a very powerful online guide helping your customers navigate their way through the system.
  • Dashboard reports

Dashboard reports and alerts are visible to your customers giving them a summary view of the account and allowing them to view high usage and unusual call patterns.
  • Customer Details

Key account, contact and payment details are available online and customers can update them without having to call in.
  • Invoice summary

All invoices and credits are made available for customers to view online including the option to download all the items including the product attributes in csv. They have the functionality to download details for multiple invoices for further analysis or email pdfs to multiple email addresses themselves. Call data is presented against each invoice to be downloaded for further analysis. Interfaces exist for accounting applications to post payment status against each invoice as well as pass an account balance to display on ebilling.
  • Services

All active services are available to be viewed containing all the detail that appears on the bills as well as telephone numbers with their first and last call dates. This information can also be downloaded by your customers. Customers can also monitor any ceases and activations taken place since their last bills.
  • Unbilled Charges

Customers have the ability to monitor their unbilled charges and keep on top of their telecoms spend. Some of our customers find this very powerful when servicing their key accounts and making sure they agree with the bill before it is produced thus ensuring payment on time.
  • Spend Analysis

This is a powerful reporting tool for your customers to dig right in to the data that makes up their bill or in their unbilled charges. It is designed to allow users to drill down from the top line of an invoice to the individual call or a rental charge from spend, services and products category view point. Csv download reports are available at key stages at summarised and detailed levels for users to perform their checks and keep on record what they are paying for.
  • Resource Management

For larger customers with multiple divisions and locations, being able to allocate their charges against cost centres is a request you will have often come across. Our Resource Management tool within ebilling allows them to take each service and allocate it to a resource (could be a person or cost centre) and then drop the resource under the appropriate sub group. Sub groups are linked to a group. Each group is treated as a full structure in its own right and multiple groups can be created allowing the customer to group the same cost in various ways such as by location, department or division. The tools to create the structure are given to the end user and they are able to upload files or drag and drop services to allocate them to resources. Resources can be dragged in to subgroups also. The naming of Resources, subgroups and groups is up to the customer too. Spend Analysis reports can be run with or without Resource management structure giving your customers further flexibility in the way they can analyse their data.
  • Call Analysis

8 standard call analysis reports exist each containing a set of powerful filters to tailor the reports further. Your customers can analysis various periods or choose a date range. They can look at billed or unbilled usage. In a parent child structure they can choose all accounts or some, narrow their search to particular CLIs, call types, range of cost, duration or calling numbers. The results are displayed on screen and further filtering can be done. Rendered reports can be downloaded or users can output data in csv for analysis offline.
  • Account Maintenance

Once your customer has successfully signed up to ebilling or you have set them up, they will be in control of the maintenance of their users. They can create further administrator users or end users and restrict them to look at a particular account. All children accounts data is present to parent account for billing and is also available at parent account level for reporting including the services and CLIs. Our linked accounts structure allows you to link multiple parent accounts so they can all be accessed via one login.
  • Customer Portal integration

We recognise the importance of you wanting your customers to go to one place to access all their data and be able to self-service. The ebilling application can be integrated with customer portals and websites.
