KCI – (Keep Customer Informed)

Customer communication is paramount during the service delivery and customer management stages.

With our converged system providing a complete customer life cycle, there are requirements to keep the customer informed at various stages of the service delivery process. KCI does exactly that and acts as a mass communication application. The primary purpose is delivery of outbound communications to prospects and customers via letters, SMS or email. All such events are logged and auditable.

KCI is fully integrated with UNO however it can also be used as a standalone tool if required.

Customers have the ability to build and manage templates for each communication and for all mediums used. Delivery notifications are captured and logged against prospects and accounts also.
