Wholesale Activator (Provisioning)

Network interfaces come as standard enabling you to place your order with the supplier and manage the process with ease, reacting to all network messages with your business rules.

Wholesale Activator is a Portal for interacting and provisioning with Network suppliers for the services of LCR, IDA, WLR and Broadband. It also provides a Portal for your Resellers to place orders which are then managed with suppliers through the interface adaptors that are linked to the Networks. We have network interface adaptors available for BT, Eircom, Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Deutche Telecom to name a few.

Once a sale is made or order placed by a Reseller for provisioning, Wholesale Activator will handle all the communications out to network suppliers and manage all notifications that are received from them. Notification events are fed in to downstream systems such as UNO where intelligently built workflow management can execute pre-determined tasks such as send notification SMS, emails or Letters to customers. Following successful completion of service provisioning, Wholesale Activator will setup the billing elements in UNO. Daily billing events are also sent to Resellers enabling them to initiate billing in their systems. Working with "Best of Breed" suppliers such as Strategic Imperatives and BT, Wholesale Activator enables reconciliation of their estate with the billing carried out in our systems providing exception reports to manage queries with the suppliers.
