Fast paced, near real time processing handling multiple network and CDR events.

Mediation enables us to take CDR and Network event feeds from various suppliers and convert them into our in-house system formats making processing more effective. Each stage of the process is auditable ensuring no leakage and all exceptions are reported upon. As part of the service we guarantee to mediate any CDR format from a new supplier (inbound, outbound, fixed line, mobile and VOIP) free of charge!

Mediation Suite is capable of handling raw feeds every 15 minutes from core networks such as Nortel’s binary events and mediate them in to billable events. Usage feeds from radius servers/ diameter servers are mediated to work out usage charges beyond allotted capacity. Gas and Electricity usage is turned in to financial transactions also.

Inter-carrier reconciliation is performed by keeping a mapping of all trunks for various suppliers to produce termination charges and origination costs. The data can then be used to raise invoices to suppliers. EOLAS modules handle millions of events and transform them to ASR reports to recommend where best to place traffic. Reconciliation of charging by your inter-carriers is also performed.
