Most comprehensive tariffing is available covering all telecommunication voice services.

All voice usage is charged through tariffs. For financial reporting we allow posting at individual destination level or you can choose to just report on the type of service such as fixed line, VOIP, Mobile, NTS etc. We operate a very comprehensive tariffing structure and all traffic is categorised in summary front page categories to appear on the front page of the bill such as local, national, UK mobile, Asia etc. For Inbound chargeable and Rebateable traffic, tariffs are based on the service as well as where the call is terminated, so you can price calls terminating to inland geographic numbers differently from mobiles and International numbers, making sure you never lose out.

Very easy to upload and update

All tariff creation is csv based making it very easy for you to upload a new tariff or update an existing tariff. With the use of spot pricing you can allow your sales team to apply special rates to particular destinations within the threshold defined by you ensuring you never lose out on the desired margin. Buy-in tariffs can also be setup to carry out margin analysis and ensure accurate charging by your supplier.
