UNO Bill Fulfilment

After doing all the work to ensure UNO creates an accurate and complete bill for you on-time, it is extremely important as much as possible you have visibility of its delivery too. UNO caters for both print file and email delivery of your customers’ bills. We have interfaces in place to track delivery of emails and processing of invoices by the print house. Once the print file has been received, reconciled and processed by the print house UNO can receive a report back from them and update the status of the invoice accordingly, to show it has been posted out.

Similarly UNO tracks the email despatch from the SMTP and records delivery status and failure reason against the invoice. Remedial actions can be taken on the account such as updating email addresses and invoices can be emailed again. We recognise that paper fulfilment is an expensive business and make it very easy for you to use our email facility to email your bills to customers allowing you to track their delivery and proactively resolve issues giving you even better chance of getting paid on time.
