Workflow Management

Our converged systems perform various automated tasks and workflows are managed throughout the systems. All this is possible through the workflow management module which enables the creation, scheduling and execution of these tasks. Each task is also monitored, is auditable and automated alarms/notifications are raised at key stages. Some of the tasks managed by the workflow management module are:

  • Collection of CDRs from SFTPs and FTPs
  • Moving of the files to meditation
  • Moving CDRs from mediation to billing
  • Activation of broadband on radius server upon receipt of MAC code
  • Pairing of SIMS
  • Delivery of Reseller CDRs and Rental files to ebilling and SFTP
