All our delivery projects start with the Blueprint stage which involves our consultation team gathering intelligence from the business functions that will be using our systems and will be impacted by them. In most cases we are asked to replace existing systems so at this stage we understand how the current systems are used and the business processes linked to them. For major product developments we use the same approach to capture the requirements necessary in order to provide you with a detailed proposal.The output of this exercise is a very comprehensive Blueprint document including a detailed project plan which is agreed by both parties and forms part of the contract.
During the project delivery stage we will work with your operational and project teams to:
- Test and deliver all the functionality agreed in the Blueprint
- Provide super user level training.
- Tailor our Local Work Instructions suited to your business functions.
- Update your business processes in line with our systems. The emphasis is always on process improvement.
- Suggest new processes where required.
- Formulate a service pack agreeing on all the key service delivery and reporting points.
- Deliver fully branded ebilling, customer portals and bill templates.
