Migration services
We have years of migration experience and have tried and tested processes to ensure minimum disruptions to your business and customers. Our method will help you plan the right approach and ensure that you gain maximum benefit from moving the data from legacy systems to ours.
Over the years we have been involved in wide ranging projects and in almost all cases migrated data from existing systems to ours. We have a comprehensive set of migration tools capable of taking data from any system and transforming it to formats that can be imported to our systems.

We recognise that our customers require return on investment quickly and do not prefer to run old systems in parallel with ours, once data has been migrated. Furthermore, it is often counter-productive and can demotivate operational teams if they have to reference two sets of systems to service customers. Not to mention the negative impact the increased process times can have on the customer experience and loyalty. We therefore, go a step further than many other system providers would and offer as standard the service to import your source systems’ data as part of the migration enabling you to decommission your legacy systems. We normally take in historic data as far back as 2 years however this will depend on your business requirements also. The historic data loaded to the system is fully plumbed in making it seem as if it was produced by our systems, which enables you to continue to perform many functions as you would do normally. You have the option to mark the source system/s the data migrated from should you require for reporting purposes.
The historic data we often import
(this is not limited to)
- pdf bills
- summary information for each bill including all the reference data for the services billed
- Payment status’
- Provisioning status’
- Account notes
- Historic CDRs
