Sales are pre-qualified before release via integration with 3rd Party API's such as line-checking, credit-checks, Payment-Type validation, GIS service availability, account number checks etc. These pre-qualifications minimise order rejection at Activation time.
Our suite of systems provides you with a complete Sales cycle management allowing you to:
- Manage the continual feed of leads to Sales agents for outbound campaigns.
- Configure options to increase efficiency and conversion like allocating a lead to a specialist 'closer' if it is highlighted as taking too long.
- All contact attempts, successful or otherwise are recorded and available for review.
- Manage outbound and inbound campaigns via telephone, SMS, email and website.
- Leads can be left open indefinitely, or tightly managed depending on your mode of operation.
- Each event during the sales cycle is closely managed by the system. Call times, future appointments, chat history and notes are recorded and available for review.
- Check third party service availability such as Broadband service and bandwidth.
- Accurately record sales data including recording of Third Party Verification (TPV) to compile a legally binding contract.
- Full Abandon Reason logic in place to track and analyse unsuccessful sales.
