Crystal is an independent, privately owned company with more than 25 years industry experience, leading provider of Billing, Rating and integrated business support solutions (BSS) to telecom and utility companies.

Many of the Crystal team members come from industry, service providers and operators, bringing their first-hand experience to influence the development of the UNO suite.

Our European Head Office is in Dublin. We also have a sales office in London and a technology centre in Bucharest.

We are also a member of the TM Forum.
